We want you to love everything you order from Head2Toe Fashion Gh. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy to return or exchange your item.

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are non-refundable but may be exchanged.
We do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings for hygiene reasons.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
You can exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
If your preferred item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 – 5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (mobile money or bank transfer). Please allow 3 – 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve this at no extra cost to you.
